Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Thailand, direct to your door, from Bangkok and Chiang Mai to Phuket, Hat Yai and every province in between. If you are ordering from outside Thailand, email us before you order so we can tell you whether and how we can deliver to your address.

What delivery costs

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to an address in Thailand, with no minimum order value. There is no delivery charge in your basket and nothing is added at the last step.

We do not currently offer an express or next-day delivery option. Every order goes by the same tracked service.

How long it takes

Allow up to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch within 2 working days from placing your order to it arriving at your door. That includes the time it takes us to pick and pack it.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, get in touch and we will check it for you.
